Before your dog stays in Social Lodging or VIP Lodging, they spend a full day with our team for an Individual Screening. $25 is required for this one time screening.
It’s not a test to pass or fail. We’re getting to know your dog: how they greet new people, how they handle other dogs, how they settle into a camp day. From there, we recommend the track that fits… Social Day Camp’s energy or VIP Day Camp’s calmer pace.
If neither is the right setting for your dog, we’ll tell you honestly and talk through other options, like in-home Nanny visits or a private Day School session with our trainer.
Pets must be up to date on their vaccinations for Day Camp.
Our two little pups love doggy day care! They get a lot of interaction and we drop them off for a full day at least once a week to be with their friends & new friends at the Lodge.
I love how the camp chaperones make sure if one of the dogs is a little too much for one of the others, they keep an eye or do what they can for each individual pet to be properly taken care of.

Day camp at Mighty Pet rotates rest and play throughout the day in small groups matched by personality, not breed or size. Our camp counselors pull dogs out of play before they get overwhelmed, and any dog needing a break gets his own supervised space. It's structured, not open-play-all-day.
Social Camp is small-group play... dogs matched by size, energy, and temperament, with structured activities and skill-building woven through the day. VIP Camp is solo play or groups of 2 to 3, built for dogs who need more space, one-on-one attention, or a slower pace. Your dog's Individual Screening tells us which track is the right fit.
Yes. Every new dog completes a $25 Pre-Registration Screening, a full-day camp visit with our trained staff, before any regular day camp, day school, or lodge booking.
Dogs need to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines, plus flea and tick prevention. Bring proof of vaccination to your Pre-Registration Screening.
Full Day is $26 and Half Day is $18 for one dog. Two dogs from the same household run $40 Full Day or $27 Half Day. A 6-day prepaid punch card brings the per-day rate down further, with the 6th day free.
Day Camp is rest-and-play enrichment throughout the day. Day School adds an embedded training session with our training team to that same day. Contact our training team directly to build a Day School schedule and pricing for your dog.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Book earlier around holidays, since those dates fill fast.
Not every dog belongs in group day camp, and that's not a failure on your dog's part. We'll be honest with you about it and talk through other options, including our in-home Pet Nanny visits or private training sessions.
Yes. Mighty Pet has carried business insurance since 2009. Every lodge staff member and camp counselor completes our internal Pet Care Technician training and must pass with an 80% score or better.
